Job Summary
LIMS Consultant on our Professional Services team focused on post-sales implementation of Labbit. You’ll lead configuration, validation/testing, requirements gathering, documentation, and training to ensure successful adoption of our lab information management platform. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with implementation and customer success teams, translate client needs into actionable software solutions, develop test plans, manage timelines, and contribute to continuous improvement and product development for life-science labs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in Life Sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Molecular Biology, Genomics, Bioinformatics, or related field), with hands-on lab or LIMS experience.
- Familiarity with configuring scientific software or laboratory workflows, including scripting (e.g., Python), JSON, and SQL for data handling.
- Knowledge of analytical workflows, particularly in Quality testing.
- Proven ability to work directly with customers, translating technical and domain-specific needs into practical software solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience coordinating tasks and timelines across teams.
- Clear, confident communicator who can educate, support, and build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fast learner with a solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
