Job Summary
Coordinate daily dispatch of limousines and chauffeurs to meet customer demands and schedules while optimizing routes for on-time arrivals. Communicate with clients to confirm reservations and address inquiries, then monitor vehicle locations and traffic conditions to provide timely updates. Respond promptly to emergencies such as accidents or breakdowns, maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, and support drivers with navigation and on-road issues. Ensure all vehicles meet safety and cleanliness standards through quality assurance. Work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
