Job Summary

Lead engineering teams to deliver low-latency, business-critical solutions for real-time trade approvals, risk monitoring, and limit monitoring across multiple asset classes. Oversee timelines, team allocation, and risk management to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget while enforcing technology standards and facilitating peer reviews. Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and drive platform modernization, AI adoption, and the expansion of strategic limit guidance. Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology stakeholders to align technical decisions with business objectives and manage cross-functional dependencies. This role shapes the strategic direction of the Central Limit Hub and OTC Client Clearing technology platforms at Barclays, focusing on scalable platform development and regulatory compliance in financial markets technology.
