Job Summary
Performs radiographic examinations within the scope of certification for all ages in an urgent care setting. Responsible for patient safety and the quality of imaging, assists and instructs patients during examinations, and handles clerical tasks such as paperwork, scheduling, and front-desk duties when needed. Reports equipment malfunctions and participates in routine cleaning/inspection of radiology equipment; collaborates with radiology leadership and urgent care leadership to ensure safe, accurate imaging and workflow efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed radiology tech (limited license)
- Evidence of competency in radiographic procedures
- Ability to operate radiographic equipment safely
- Good patient care skills
- Documentation of necessary certifications/licensing
