Job Summary
Operate a dry spreader to apply limestone to farm fields across a multiple county trade territory, setting up equipment to complete assigned work. Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and assist with chemical application and fuel operations when not spreading lime. Complete paperwork to document and bill work achieved. Requires a Class A CDL, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently in various weather conditions. Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- minimum license of a Class A CDL
- Strong work ethic
- stable employment history
- Able to work independently
- Able to work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Some mechanical aptitude
- good math skills
- problem-solving skills
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing
- Must be able to pass a background check
