Job Summary
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities; conduct daily rounding, prescribe medications and treatment plans, address acute/emergent issues; communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging; maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts; ensure compliance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements; must hold an active U.S. license and be board-certified by ANCC/AANPCB/PNCB/AACN (for NPs) or NCCPA (for PAs); relocation and sign-on bonus opportunities available; flexible work schedule with 6-hour shifts; use EHR with iPad and AI Scribe for documentation; access to UpToDate for clinical guidance; opportunities for competitive compensation and benefits including 401k and annual/longevity incentives; full-Network support and collaboration within a post-acute care model.
