Job Summary
Operate company trucks and trailers safely in compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations, transporting cargo to designated locations while performing routine vehicle inspections. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and incidents, and communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and vendors. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring proper handling of equipment and products. Requires a valid Commercial Driver's License and proven tractor-trailer experience with a satisfactory MVR. Night shifts, 12-hour rotations, and weekly pay available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License
- Proven experience as a TRACTOR TRAILER driver with a satisfactory MVR driving record
- Knowledge of applicable federal, state and industry truck driving rules and regulations on public roads and private properties (i.e. distribution centers, etc.)
- Ability to handle long hours and adapt to various weather conditions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as getting in and out of the truck multiple times throughout your shift
