Job Summary
Coaches bring our curriculum to life by leading weekly soccer classes for kids ages 18 months to 12 years, following lesson plans, and using high energy and creativity. They set up and clean up the field, adhere to safety guidelines, complete recommendation cards and customer care calls, and help achieve high customer retention. The role includes supporting marketing efforts and community events, while maintaining a positive attitude, building bonds with children throughout sessions, and delivering developmentally-focused soccer activities. Availability includes 1-2 weekdays and at least one weekend morning each week, with a commitment of at least two seasons (6 months) for job approval.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work at least 1-2 weekdays and 1 weekend morning each week
- Commitment of at least two seasons (6 months) would be necessary for job approval
- No prior coaching experience required (training provided)
- Team players who are reliable, creative, and passionate about children
