Job Summary
Deliver an amazing on-field experience for Lil’ Kickers classes at the Wilmington, MA location. Lead fun, structured weekly activities for children ages 18 months to 12 years, following approved lesson plans, ensuring safety and a creative learning environment. Responsibilities include setting up/cleaning the field, assisting with community events, attending all trainings, maintaining consistent weekend morning shifts, and making customer care calls to promote high customer retention. Emphasizes child development, leadership, confidence, teamwork, and problem-solving while providing a positive, energetic coaching presence.
Required Qualifications
- Entry Level - no prior coaching experience necessary
- Training provided
- Work primarily at Wilmington location
- Follow weekly lesson plans that outline games and activities
- Adhere to safety guidelines outlines for Lil’ Kickers programming
- Set up, clean up, and maintain the field
- Assist with grassroots marketing efforts and community events
- Complete, and attend, all Lil’ Kickers training as scheduled
- Work consistent shifts throughout each session
- Make customer care calls each session
- Be available to work weekend mornings
- Achieve a high rate of customer retention from season to season
