Job Summary
Deliver an amazing on-field experience for children ages 18 months to 12 years through structured weekly Lil’ Kickers classes. Lead games and activities that promote child development while maintaining a safe, creative learning environment. Primary duties include following weekly lesson plans, setting up/cleaning the field, assisting with grassroots marketing and community events, making customer care calls, and maintaining high energy and a positive attitude. Must be available Saturdays, with classes in Saugus on Saturdays and additional training across Danvers Indoor Sports and Wilmington locations. No prior coaching experience required; training provided.
