Job Summary
Join Baker Tilly’s Development & Community Advisory team as a Financial Analyst in our Affordable Housing practice. In this role you will contribute directly to complex transactions, support transaction structuring and financial modeling integrating multiple tax credit programs and incentives, assist in securing debt and equity financing, support acquisition, preservation, disposition, recapitalization, and portfolio strategy assignments for real estate clients, conduct industry and technical research, compile data, present actionable findings, provide consulting support to help clients achieve strategic objectives, and contribute to additional real estate analyses including market-rate projects and syndicated transactions. Minimum qualifications include a 4-year degree and 3 years of professional experience; preferred qualifications include 3+ years of financial modeling and LIHTC experience, experience with LIHTC, HOME, FHLB, HUD programs, strong MS Office skills, ability to prepare applications and deliverables, strong written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, client-service mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, independent work style. The pay ranges acknowledge regional variations and reflect flexible work arrangements offered by Baker Tilly. The role emphasizes growth, client service, and continuous learning within the Affordable Housing practice and broader real estate advisory services.
