Job Summary
The Regional Property Supervisor is responsible for fiscal accountability, marketing development, and personnel management of a multi-property residential portfolio. Key responsibilities include developing budgets, analyzing financial statements, ensuring properties meet operational goals, personnel management and training, market analysis for occupancy and revenue growth, and managing client relations. Preferred qualifications include various property management certifications and experience in managing diverse asset types.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in multi-site property management and residential property operations
- Sales, marketing, and customer service background
- Superior supervisory skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong mathematical and analysis skills
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA Requirements, EEOC Laws
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS)
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM)
- Accredited Resident Manager (ARM)
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS)
- Tax Credit Specialist (TCS)
- Fair Housing and TDHCA training
- Active/participatory apartment association membership
