LIHTC Property Manager- Lakeside Gardens Apartments

The Property Manager will oversee the LIHTC apartment community Lakeside Gardens in Durham, NC, supervising and coordinating the property’s operations, with accountability for planning, implementing, and monitoring business activities. Key duties include leadership and team development, applying solid judgment and problem-solving, maintaining attention to detail, ensuring excellent verbal and organizational communication, and managing budget and financial reporting. The role requires two years of management experience and three to four years of property management experience; candidates with an Associates or Bachelors degree (or industry certifications) will be considered.
