LIHTC Leasing Consultant (30024)

Greet and tour prospective residents while promoting available units and amenities via online platforms, signage, and outreach. Explain lease terms, application requirements, pricing, and community policies to new and current residents, assisting applicants through the application process and creating waitlists. Process and maintain accurate resident files, handle re-certifications and renewals, and conduct move-in/move-out inspections. Complete daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by the Property Manager and ensure resident satisfaction through proactive issue resolution. Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules is required, with knowledge of Property Management software, bilingual skills, and affordable housing programs preferred.
