Job Summary
Lead a team of customer service agents in an airport ground services environment, overseeing passenger interactions across arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and handling inquiries or complaints. Responsibilities include directing passengers through the process, assisting passengers with special needs (e.g., unaccompanied minors, VIPs, wheelchair assistance), operating computerized ticketing/check-in systems, facilitating boarding and baggage handling, guiding passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, promoting safety and equal employment policies, and performing related duties as assigned. Strong emphasis on customer service leadership, team management, conflict resolution, and adherence to safety and operational standards. Preferred but not required: prior aviation or ground handling experience and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent education
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
