Job Summary
Onsite Recruiter at Lihue Airport (LIH) responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies, managing full-cycle recruiting through ATS, conducting interviews and coordinating with Operations and Corporate on hiring decisions, supporting onboarding and training, monitoring employee engagement, and engaging with the community through field recruiting, job fairs, and travel to neighbor islands or mainland as needed to meet staffing needs.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
- Strong communication and people skills
- Experience supporting training and employee development
- Understanding of performance management and employment laws
- Contract staffing experience is a plus
- Bilingual and fluent English preferred
