Job Summary
Onsite Recruiter at Lihue Airport responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle recruiting process using our ATS, conducting interviews and screenings, coordinating with Operations and Corporate teams on staffing, supporting onboarding and training, assisting with employee development and performance management, and engaging with the community through field recruiting, job fairs, and local outreach. Travel to neighbor islands or mainland may be required to support hiring efforts; travel to local job sites and community areas to connect with potential candidates; maintain a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms
- Strong communication and people skills
- Experience supporting training and employee development
- Understanding of performance management and employment laws
- Contract staffing experience is a plus
- Bilingual and fluent English preferred
