Lightweight Team Assistant (Temporary, Part-Time)

Manage day-to-day operations for Burton's Lightweight team, including product ordering, shipping, travel coordination, and expense tracking; serve as primary operational contact for team riders; oversee sample orders, PO placement, and inventory records; coordinate domestic and international travel and support riders at events; assist with scheduling and itinerary management; liaison between athletes and internal teams for projects and sponsorships; maintain rider contact information and documentation; support sports marketing initiatives and administrative tasks for the Lightweight program; requires 25% travel, 32 hours per week, part-time temporary role with in-person office duties in Burlington, VT; 1–2 years of experience in marketing, team management, logistics, or operations; familiarity with snowboarding or action sports culture; strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; valid passport and driver’s license; ability to lift and ship 50lb packages; travel flexibility for events and shoots.
