Lights Down, Skills Up: LVN Nights (EVO Weekend)

Assess and monitor patients assigned to the night shift, administering medications and performing routine care procedures while maintaining accurate documentation. Collaborate with the team to ensure patient safety and address any immediate medical needs during the 12-hour night cycle. Participate in the 3/4 rotation schedule, working every other weekend as part of the Southern Health Partners nursing unit.
