Job Summary
Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of earthing and lightning protection projects across multiple sites, leading a team of Lightning Protection Technicians to ensure efficient project delivery, high-quality workmanship, and strong client relationships. Responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules and work plans, conducting inspections to assess quality and implement corrective actions, coordinating with site teams to resolve issues, fostering teamwork and professional development, acting as primary client liaison, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations and company policies. Fluency in English is required; additional languages (German, Dutch, French, or Spanish) are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction industry or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing multiple sites.
- Electrical background advantageous but not essential.
- Strong understanding of lightning protection systems, electrical engineering principles, and construction practices.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performance
