Install lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects; read blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations; handle and install lightning protection cables; ensure all work complies with onsite safety regulations; work as part of a team to complete projects; travel frequently (60-80%) and participate in training and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Able to pass a medical exam
- Able to pass a drug test
- Licensed driver with a clean MVR
- Physically fit – can lift up to 80 lbs and work on rooftops
- Honest, hardworking, team player
- Construction or electrical experience is a plus
- Lightning Protection and Grounding experience is a HUGE plus
- Willing to travel and be away from home 60-80% of the time
