Job Summary
Install lighting fixtures, lamps, ballasts, controls, or other items associated with lighting systems safely and neatly in customer facilities. Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures while adhering to Government and Local regulations and required Safety Guidelines. Perform physically demanding tasks using basic and specialized tools throughout the service job/work order process. Possess at least 2-4 years of lighting and electrical experience, preferably with an NRLT designation and retrofit knowledge. Must hold a valid driver's license, be willing to travel, and demonstrate strong customer service skills. A hiring bonus is available for bringing a complete crew.

- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- At least 2-4 years of lighting and electrical experience
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel
- Must be reliable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive customer service skills
- Must understand and conform to Government/Local regulations and ordinances as well as any/all required Safety Guidelines
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably, candidates with an NRLT designation (Non-residential Lighting Technician)
- Lighting and retrofit experience preferred
