Job Summary
The Lighting Technician is responsible for the movement and setup of lighting equipment, ensuring effective light separation for depth of field and visual effects. Key duties include setting up and focusing lights, patching and wiring lights to control consoles, changing setup during performances, and packing down equipment afterward. Candidates should possess communication skills, ability to work in fast-paced environments, and comply with local laws and regulations. The position requires a high school diploma and two years of relevant theater production experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in Theater production in a similar capacity
Additional Requirements
- Must attend required training sessions offered by the casino
- Obtain required license(s)
- Knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department
