Job Summary
Conduct load-in and break-down of band and rental equipment, including stage setup and spotlight operations. Perform lighting adjustments to artist specifications, operate lighting control boards, and distribute or create lighting plot plans. Maintain and repair lighting equipment while ensuring safe, consistent operation throughout the event. Assist audio crews with stands, cables, and A/V requirements, and interact with visiting production crews to coordinate special event schedules. Manage technical advances with artist representatives and oversee all lighting systems for show success. Requires 3 years of tour or stage production experience and ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years minimum Tour or Stage Production experience
- Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
- Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Must possess work authorization which does not require sponsorship by the employer for a visa
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
