Lighting Energy Analyst

Job Summary
Lighting Energy Analyst role involving on-site assessments of existing premises to evaluate lighting systems, measure light levels, examine controls, and assist with baseline electrical loading calculations. Typical week: 3 days in the field, 2 days in the office; primary tools include MS Excel databases and MS Office. Requires travel throughout the province and country to meet audit requirements, valid driver’s license, and access to a vehicle. Responsibilities include coordinating client schedules, communicating project progress, and maintaining documentation. Preferred knowledge includes ASHRAE Level 2 auditing/reporting, ability to read/interpret construction drawings, and existing knowledge of lighting systems. Education: degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Technologist, Interior Design, or Applied Science. Remote option is in-person; location: Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Technologist, Interior Design or Applied Science from a University or College of recognized standing.
