Job Summary
Lead lighting and LED wall content design/programming for weekend services and special events at all Connection Pointe locations; develop and equip lighting and visual production volunteers; provide lighting and production support for worship gatherings, conferences, and ministry events; collaborate with Production and Creative Arts staff to design, program, and operate lighting systems and worship backgrounds; maintain and troubleshoot lighting and production systems; foster a healthy team culture and ensure safe, organized production environments; require MA3 lighting consoles proficiency and strong live production skills; strong planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
