Job Summary
Develop constructive relationships with end users, manufacturers, and the SESCO outside sales team to identify customers needing controls solutions. Become an industry resource by providing recommendations for existing and new construction job sites across public and private facilities. Solve problems quickly to turn them into opportunities while earning discretionary business and meeting profitability targets. Identify and secure new markets, adopting new technologies within your territory and ensuring quick responses to all customer requests. Travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a professional environment
- Must learn and maintain knowledge on all manufacturers represented
- Exhibit excellent communications skills and the ability to develop presentations to customers and present in a professional manner
- Excellent sales skills including cold calling, building relationships, selling value, and customer service
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Extraordinary attention to details required
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Must be able to multi-task
- Possess excellent team work ethic
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license, and insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Bluebeam and basic understanding of AutoCAD knowledge a plus
