Job Summary
Greet and assist customers visiting or calling in, selling a wide variety of lighting products while maintaining and growing customer sales and gross profits. Merchandise new accessories and price them as required, ensuring the showroom remains clean and orderly. Adhere to Kendall Group policies and standards to deliver quality service, performing other duties as assigned. This role reports to the Showroom Manager within the Kendall Lighting Center, a division of the 100% employee-owned Kendall Group that serves the Lighting, Electrical, Automation, and Instrumentation industries across ten states.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Experience with MS Office
- strong computer and typing skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
