Lighting and Controls Specialist

Lighting and Controls Specialist responsible for supporting Outside sales to grow Rexel's product portfolio in Carrollton, TX. Develop deep product knowledge, demonstrate features and benefits, conduct product demonstrations, lead sales efforts with key targets and opportunities, build strong customer relationships, address inquiries and objections, present proposals to leadership and technical audiences, maintain supplier relationships, participate in training, and assist branches with technical support and training. Must have 4+ years of sales experience in electrical distribution or related field, strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are required.
