Job Summary
Greet incoming customers, manage the host station for seating, and provide knowledgeable service while taking and delivering food and beverage orders. Process payments on the POS system, buss tables, restock supplies, and perform dishwashing and general cleaning. Maintain customer relations, organize service areas, and balance bookwork by collecting cash and non-cash receipts at shift end. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring mental agility and multi-tasking skills. Current food handlers and OLCC cards required; 21+ years of age preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Obtain and maintain a current food handlers card and OLCC card
- 21+ years of age
Desired Qualifications
- Previous related experience is preferred
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
- Enjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environment
