LightArt Pack/Ship Lead

Job Summary
Lead packing and shipping operations on day shift for LightArt production. Responsible for leading workers engaged in packing and shipping of products, managing the shipping schedule, performing quality checks, printing shipping paperwork, packing and palletizing with the team, auditing paperwork to ensure items match shipping records, addressing discrepancies, delivering pallets to the shipping department, handling PWOP paperwork and pallet placement, maintaining 5S standards and labeling, setting min/max on shipping supplies, managing shipping supplies, and answering questions from sales. Requires ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs occasionally, stand/walk on production floor, and work around production equipment with attention to safety.
