Job Summary
Set up, operate, and maintain lighting and related technical equipment for live and continuous productions while monitoring and troubleshooting systems to ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards. Maintain accurate equipment logs, report daily on operational performance, and follow all safety protocols and technical standards. Collaborate with camera, audio, and stage teams to ensure seamless production execution and stay current with lighting technologies and industry best practices. This role requires proficiency in English, proven experience in studio or live event lighting, and practical knowledge of lighting consoles and control systems. Rotating shifts including nights and weekends are required.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in studio, stage, or live event lighting operations
- Practical knowledge of lighting consoles, fixtures, and control systems
- Ability to interpret lighting plans and follow technical instructions
- Strong awareness of safety standards and best practices
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
