Job Summary
Perform basic connector and cabinet assembly, including processing small wire assemblies through cutting, stripping, tinning, and soldering. Produce high-quality products in a timely manner by referencing job lists, bills of materials, and assembly documentation to ensure components are soldered or crimped properly. Conduct mechanical inspections and basic continuity testing before submitting work for final approval, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation while following all safety guidelines and procedures. Work effectively in manufacturing and casual clean room environments, managing multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM; Full-Time, non-exempt, 40-hour week, On-site.
Required Qualifications
- Basic soldering experience
- Hand tool assembly experience
- Mechanical aptitude/proficiency
- Ability to perform basic continuity testing
- Ability to read and understand internal procedures, policies, and assembly instructions
- Experience using hand tools and manufacturing equipment
- Solid computer skills
