Light Industrial Technician

Job Summary
Operate and maintain pharmaceutical-grade equipment under FDA and cGMP; perform cleaning in controlled environments; manage IPC for release of regulated FDA product; gowning in clean room; record batch records; troubleshoot equipment and make recommendations to Process Engineers, Automation, Leadership or Manager to improve safety, quality, and production; identify operating issues and implement changes to achieve efficient operating conditions; operate various pharmaceutical grade equipment; perform in a team-based environment, willing to participate in team activities and provide/receive coaching; adherence to aseptic technique; 12-hour rotating shifts; overtime as needed; lift up to 50 lb; wear clean room garments and PPE; potential involvement with Emergency Response Team; competitive salary and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or related process operation preferred
- Familiar with cGMP’s preferred
- Familiar with cleanroom gowning
- Familiar with using a computer, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP
- High level of initiative
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Able to handle change and additional tasks productively as assigned
- Team-oriented
