Light Industrial Associate (Seasonal)

Job Summary
Take ownership of safety and quality incidents within your area. Manage batch, domestic, and international shipping of customer orders while creating fulfillment transactions for returns to suppliers. Communicate via email and HubSpot with customer service to troubleshoot order issues, including wrong addresses, missed decorations, and cancellations. Assist with post and shipping functions as needed. This seasonal role begins in October and concludes in January, reporting to the Shipping Supervisor on the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11 PM. The team operates at our Plymouth facility, supporting a leading B2B eCommerce retailer in co-branded apparel and corporate gifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in shipping or production role
- Basic computer skills
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Ability to follow written and verbal processes in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in NetSuite
- Proficiency in HubSpot
- Proficiency in ShipHawk
- Spanish bilingual
