Job Summary
Take ownership of safety and quality incidents within your area. Manage batch, domestic, and international shipping of customer orders while creating fulfillment transactions for returns to suppliers. Troubleshoot customer returns for wrong addresses, missed decorations, or cancellations by communicating with customer service via email and HubSpot. Assist with post and shipping functions as needed. This seasonal role begins in October and concludes in January, requiring onsite attendance at our Plymouth facility from 6 am to 2:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in shipping or production role
- Basic computer skills
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Ability to follow written and verbal processes in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
