Job Summary
Operate and maintain pharmaceutical equipment under FDA and cGMP specifications; perform routine cleaning and sanitization of controlled environment areas; manage in-process checks (IPC) for release of regulated FDA product; ensure aseptic technique; document batch records accurately; monitor and troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate with Process Engineers and leadership to improve safety, quality, and production; participate in team activities, provide and receive coaching, and assume potential leadership roles; adhere to safety and quality SOPs and gowning requirements for cleanroom environments; capable of working 12-hour rotating shifts with overtime as needed; proficient with SAP and MS Office; lift up to 50 lb; support emergency response activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or related process operation preferred
- Familiar with cGMPs preferred
- Familiar with cleanroom gowning
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP
- High level of initiative
- Excellent communications skills
- Team-oriented
- Able to handle change and additional tasks productively
- Ability to wear clean room garments and PPE
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts and overtime
- Able to lift 50 lb
