Job Summary
Operate light construction equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, and forklifts safely and efficiently while performing routine maintenance and inspections. Assist with loading and unloading materials, report equipment malfunctions immediately, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work closely with site supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time, following all safety guidelines and protocols in various weather conditions. This role requires physical labor, a valid driver's license, and experience with light construction machinery. Candidates must be prepared to work outdoors in extreme heat, cold, rain, or snow, with potential exposure to loud noises, dust, and debris.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proven experience operating light construction equipment
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs
- Ability to work outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.

Desired Qualifications
