Job Summary
Operates and maintains light equipment used in water and sewer line maintenance and construction, including sewer jetting machines, air compressors, tapping machines, dump trucks, and related tools. Performs preventative maintenance on light equipment, applies safe operating practices, and uses basic math and reading skills to interpret reports and manuals. Requires ability to lift up to 100 lbs intermittently, read and follow instructions, and work in all weather conditions. Requires a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) and a valid Tennessee driver's license; typically requires one year of related experience or training. No supervisory responsibilities.
