Job Summary
Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment; set up and adjust machine and equipment for production runs. Clean, lubricate and maintain machinery; troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests as needed. May coordinate crewmembers and provide training for new team members; train and mentor current staff to ensure adherence to company policies and best practices. Requires knowledge of standard setups and operating characteristics and ability to perform basic adjustments and operate equipment according to job requirements.
