Job Summary
Tow trucks and trailers safely while driving customer vehicles for pick-ups and drop-offs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, and assist with shop tasks such as inventory or cleaning during downtime. Participate in on-call coverage as needed and handle challenging situations with a positive, professional attitude. Work confidently in all weather conditions while collaborating with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly. This role supports shop operations in Bath, NY, offering consistent Friday–Sunday coverage from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM with full benefits starting Day One.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License with Tow Endorsement
- Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Ability to maintain a DOT Medical Card
- Strong understanding of trucks and trailers
- Willingness to be on-call after hours
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Safety-focused, efficient, and motivated work style
- Comfortable driving a variety of customer vehicles
- Team player willing to assist where needed

Desired Qualifications
- Prior towing experience
- Mechanical experience
- 2+ years of towing experience
