Job Summary
Respond to roadside calls and towing requests by assessing situations and determining the safest method to tow disabled vehicles or assist with issues. Secure and transport vehicles using proper equipment while inspecting trucks and tools before service. Communicate with dispatch via the application to manage calls and availability, then deliver friendly customer service during stressful situations. Process service charges and collect payments as required. Maintain your truck and equipment to ensure readiness, and assist around the yard or compound when needed. Work rotational shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and on-call duties. Valid Class 5 license and clean driving record required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
- An acceptable criminal record check
- Clear pre-employment and ongoing random drug and alcohol testing (including marijuana)
- Must be available for rotational shifts, including a combination of days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and on-call responsibilities
