Job Summary
Lead Carrier’s Light Commercial HVAC sales through distributors in the South Central region, driving sales volume and margin growth. Manage distribution-channel relationships, establish territory action plans, set sales targets, and collaborate with marketing to position Carrier strengths against competition. Responsibilities include visiting key customers (contractors, consulting engineers, building owners, developers), engaging with senior management on performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, engineering, manufacturing, marketing), and ensuring the distribution channel meets charter obligations. Requires strong executive presence, proactive follow-through, highly organized approach, and customer-service orientation to expand Carrier’s light commercial portfolio across Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience working in the HVAC industry
- 5+ years of combined work experience in sales, consulting, product management, engineering, or marketing

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales/marketing/engineering/consulting
