Job Summary
Use tweezers, magnification, and automated assembly machines to assemble small orthodontic devices per specification. Visually inspect parts to ensure quality and perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives. This role requires remaining seated for 8-10 hours per day and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds, with exceptional finger dexterity and the ability to look at small parts for extended periods. A high school diploma and basic reading, math, and computer skills are required, with previous manufacturing experience a plus.
