Job Summary
Operate the 30,000 lb forklift to move, load, and unload materials and products throughout the facility. Safely transport heavy materials and equipment to designated areas while performing daily inspections and maintenance checks on the forklift. Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to manage material flow, inventory, and yard organization. Adhere to safety protocols to contribute to a safe working environment. This role supports T2EARTH's mission to design and produce sustainable, high-performance wood products at our Augusta, GA facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in forklift operation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs occasionally with assistance
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
- Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
- Ability to hear equipment alarms, signals, and verbal directions over ambient noise
