Job Summary
Operate Hyster sit-down forklift with cascade attachments to load and unload finished product, dunnage, and aluminum coils from trucks; prepare finished can or sheet material for transfer to other departments; remove coil loads and other materials from trucks as they are delivered; assist production, shipping, and receiving operations. Requires 1+ year(s) of forklift operator experience in manufacturing or warehousing, ability to demonstrate forklift driving experience and pass certification, and ability to read, comprehend, and follow written/verbal English instructions. Shift: 10PM–6AM Sunday–Thursday; starting wage $27.38/hour plus $1.75 shift differential; overtime after 40 hours; comprehensive benefits and vacation/holiday/personal days, 401k with match, and other add-on benefits; company emphasizes on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) forklift operator experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment
