Job Summary
Operate forklifts, sit-down, stand-up, and automated pallet jacks to package products into cartons or shipping cases for customer shipments. Load and unload trucks, trailers, and rail cars while moving materials between storage areas and machines. Perform daily safety checks on equipment, report defects, and maintain clean work areas. Stack materials, maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners, and rotate stock to ensure oldest items are shipped first. Check trucking manifests and bills of lading to document goods movement. Conduct quality assurance checks, report product damage or shortages, and ensure loads are properly secured. Work shifts including Receiving 6AM-2PM M-F and Warehouse 8AM-4PM M-F. Requires high school diploma, prior forklift experience, and basic math skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience using both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Availability to work a flexible schedule with some nights and weekends
- Local candidates only

- Previous experience at a manufacturing facility
- Ability to work overtime as needed
