Lift Truck Operator (LTO) (Shift 2B)

Receive raw ingredients and packaging supplies, put them away in appropriate storage locations, and transfer them to operation departments as requested. Pick and ship finished goods via shuttles or directly to customers while maintaining first-in-first-out rotation for both raw and finished items. Effectively complete all tasks through an ERP application, monitor inventory accuracy, and communicate discrepancies to leads. Maintain cleanliness of dry, frozen, and cooler storage areas, including receiving and shipping docks. Practice safe forklift operating procedures, ensure proper load capacity, and uphold food safety practices in a manufacturing environment. Work in cold environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
