Lift Truck Operator (LTO) (Shift 1B)

Receive raw ingredients and packaging supplies, put them away in appropriate storage locations, and transfer goods from warehouse to operation departments. Pick, follow first-in-first-out protocols, and ship finished goods via shuttles or directly to customers while maintaining cleanliness across dry, frozen, and cooler storage areas. Effectively complete all tasks through an ERP application, monitor inventory accuracy, and communicate discrepancies to leads. Practice safe forklift operating procedures, ensure proper load capacity, and maintain food safety practices in cold environments. Requires forlift certification, ability to lift 50 lbs, and work in varying climates.
