Job Summary
Lift Truck Operator I operates powered stand-up or sit-down forklifts and pallet jack equipment to move, deposit, and rotate inventory in a warehouse using WMS/ERP systems. Builds pallets, loads/unloads reefer and dry trailers, performs FIFO/FEFO-based inventory rotations, conducts pre-inspections, maintains GMPs, and completes related documentation. Uses RF scanning for directed/undirected warehouse tasks, performs cycle counts/audits, and adheres to safety and company policies. Shift: 3rd shift (9:00pm–5:30am) in Rancho Cucamonga, CA; requires forklift certification and at least 1 year of experience; high school diploma or GED acceptable. Pays $22.00–$24.50/hour; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or graduation from an accredited trade school
- minimum of 1 year of full-time forklift operating experience
- certification in operating powered forklifts
- ability to perform basic mathematical skills
- read/write in English or Spanish
- ability to interpret safety, operating and maintenance documents
- ability to write/ fill out routine reports and simple correspondence
- ability to work scheduled times and overtime
- ability to work as a team
